As I entered Red Plum, I was immediately struck by its inviting ambiance. The cheerful decor blends traditional Asian elements with modern design, offering a perfect spot for intimate dinners or lively gatherings. The outdoor seating, often bustling with patrons, adds to the lively charm of this restaurant.
One of the standout features of Red Plum is its attention to detail in presentation and flavor. As noted by fans like Krisztina B., the quality of the food is consistently top-notch. The hibachi entrees are a highlight, allowing diners the option to customize their plates with proteins like tender Angus Filet Mignon or succulent lobster. Each dish is artfully plated, enhancing the dining experience with a feast not just for the palate but also for the eyes.
Moreover, the sushi selections at Red Plum are simply delightful. Lynny K. praised the classic rolls and rich flavor of the sashimi, especially the yellowtail, which showcased the balance of freshness and taste that sushi aficionados crave. The fact that they still serve a full kani stick in their California rolls speaks volumes about their commitment to quality—something that sets them apart from others in the area.

One of our favorite restaurant to go for amazing food. Presentation and quality is always top notch.

Red Plum is still rocking after all these years in the village! I was happy to see it thriving and seats all filled outside and inside. Running around and really got enticed by the crowded outdoor seating so we stopped in for some lunch. Salmon and Beef Negimaki Bento boxes. Things that stood out were that they didn't break up the kani stick for the California roll (most places now halved them for lunch specials), they still serve 3 shumais (many places had lowered count to two), the teriyaki was very flavorful and the proteins were both cooked to perfection--so tender. The Ginger dressing is not the best I've ever had and the service is a bit dry/quick. It makes sense for a busy place but I didn't mind everything that we ordered.

Chicken lettuce wrap: so good, always a classic hit, no complaints Sushi: very good classic rolls cant complain either Sashimi and yellowtail: really good the sushi rice in the sashimi is so good and so is the fish, the yellowtail was very good too and the sauce it was in was amazing

Great food great service we have been going for 10 years. Highly suggest investing in a changing table for one of the restrooms. Makes dinning with a child very difficult without one.

Visited 3 times recently. Each experience excellent the sushi and sashimi are good sized and a great selection. The sashimi deluxe is almost overwhelming. Just barely finished the 21 pieces. The other Chinese dishes are extremely well made and beautifully presented. The specialty drinks were well made and tasty. And the servjce was terrific.
